If you sign up for GorillaDeskโs monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. If you sign up for an annual subscription, you are billed for the entire year at the start of your subscription.

The reason we chose Stripe: it enables you to save 1 customer credit card on file. You can charge this card at any time since itโs linked to the customerโs account in GorillaDesk.
Stripe only charges a fee when you process a payment at 2.9% +30 cents. There are no other fees.
Is there a cost to moving my data from another system.
GorillaDesk allows you to import general customer information with a starting balance.ย You can not import complete past service & billing history.
