GorillaDesk is right if you run pest, mosquito, termite, wildlife or lawn routes, want per-route pricing with unlimited users, and will use scheduling, chemical records and billing in one system. It is not the best fit if you need a 50+ tech commercial ERP or you only want an AI phone receptionist.

Choose GorillaDesk if you are 1–20+ technicians, need FIFRA application records, and want a 14-day trial with no credit card.

Choose another platform if you are already standardized on a contracted mid-market suite and will not move, or if your only gap is a standalone AI receptionist.

No. GorillaDesk is priced per route (schedule), not per user. Unlimited admin, manager, sales and crew users are included on every plan.

What does each extra route cost?
