How do online payments work?

Just like payments collected in the field, online payments allow your customers to pay invoices using their credit card at their convenience. The payment is processed for a small fee and then deposited into your bank account. The entire process, from start to finish, takes two business days on average.

Does GorillaDesk support subscription billing?

Yes! GorillaDesk integrates with Stripe, which means if you bill the same amount on a set schedule, everything is automated on your behalf (creating invoices and collecting payments). Our software also (gently) reminds any late-paying customers when their invoice becomes past due so you get paid exactly what you’re worth.

What payment options does GorillaDesk offer?

You can accept online payments, including major credit cards, and Apple Pay, through Stripe or Square. GorillaDesk also allows you to manually record traditional payment methods like cash or checks in your account.

How do I calculate taxes and discounts?

GorillaDesk follows industry-leading payment practices through PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance. This is the security standard for businesses that handle credit card transactions. The PCI Standard is required by credit card companies and administered by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. Both of our processors (Stripe and Square) employ strict PCI compliance.
