Which plan do I need to view reports?
All of our reports are accessible on the Basic plan except for the following: Service Rating, Likely Rating, Inbound Leads, All Documents, and Commission Tracking. The reason for this is the features that populate these specialized reports with data are only available on the Pro plan.
