How to access the Customizer
In this lesson, you’ll learn how to access the Customizer and control site-wide elements like your company’s name, address, and number.
To access the Theme Customizer, click Appearance → Customize in the Dashboard OR the Customize icon toward the top of your screen from the front-end of your website.
Click Theme Options → Main Options to update your business information and branding.
- Recommendation: use the following shortcodes throughout your copy:
- [COMPANY]
- [ADDRESS]
- [PHONE]
- [EMAIL]
- [CITY]
- [X]
- [WEEKDAY_HOURS]
- [WEEKEND_HOURS]
Click Theme Options → Top Bar Options to update your Star Rating and # of Reviews.
- Note: Add </br> in the text editor to separate the the two lines.
To save your changes, click the Publish button in the upper right corner.
