Appointment follow-ups allow you to send an email and/or SMS message to customers after a completed status job. This allows you to communicate any custom message of your choice after the job.

The email and SMS are completely customizable for your business process.

Tips & Tricks

  • You can embed links here for customers to review your business at your review site of choice.
  • You can inform/remind customers on what they should be doing after the job has been rendered.
