Enabling GorillaDesk’s review engine will give you the ability to accelerate your 5-star review generation.

Skyrocket your online presence with our Review Engine feature; available on the Pro Plan.

The Review Engine will allow you to embed ‘Service Rating’ and ‘Likely Rating’ shortcodes into your outgoing emails. Once a customer selects a rating, it will redirect them to the review platform of your choice, allowing them to leave a review.

You can enable notifications within each user’s account permissions that will notify you any time a customer has left a review.
